Distinguished Alumni Nomination Milford

Selection for a Milford Distinguished Alumni will be based upon the following criteria:

Degree/Diploma from 泡芙视频app Community College Milford Campus
Recipient graduated at least 5+ years ago
Career responsibilities, community service/involvement, continued education and professional accomplishments
Not a current 泡芙视频app faculty or staff member

Please complete the following and submit no later than March 1, 2025. Nominee will then receive a form to complete and return to 泡芙视频app for consideration. Recognition will be presented in June or July of each year.
