ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp's campus in Beatrice, a community of approximately 12,500, is located on the west end of the city on Scott Road, just off U.S. Highway 136. Beatrice is the county seat of Gage County and is approximately 45 miles south of Lincoln on U.S. Highway 77. The main part of campus is comprised of several classroom and office buildings, as well as housing units that include a new residence hall (Homestead Hall) that opened in fall 2019, and a gymnasium. A new Storm Center Dining hall also opened in fall 2019. A new classroom building, the Academic Excellence Center, opened in 2020. Approximately 800 students take classes on the Beatrice Campus. Just south of the main campus is the Agriculture Center, situated on a nearly 900-acre laboratory where students receive hands-on instruction in a variety of ag-related programs.

ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp's Lincoln Campus is the College's largest enrollment center with approximately 7,000 students. Located on the east edge of Lincoln, a community of nearly 280,000, ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp's Lincoln Campus is comprised of a large building divided into sections per academic discipline, a cafeteria, child development center, gymnasium, and remodeled space for the Culinary/Hospitality program. The Great Plains Culinary Institute also features Course Restaurant, run entirely by students. A new Health Sciences facility, 82,000 square feet in all that will house all 16 of ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp’s health programs, opened in late 2020. Lincoln, Nebraska's Capitol City, affords ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp students many amenities such as cultural arts activities, restaurants and shopping. Along with the 8800 O St. campus, ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp operates Lincoln locations in downtown (Education Square at 1111 O St.) and at 301 S. 68th St. Place (Jack J. Huck Continuing Education Center).

ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp's campus in Milford, a community of approximately 2,000, is located on the southeast edge of the city on State Street. Milford, a community in Seward County, is located approximately 22 miles west of Lincoln on Interstate 80, then four miles south on Highway 6. The campus includes several classroom buildings, a cafeteria, a gymnasium, and residence halls, including Prairie Hall, which opened in fall 2019. The Crete Carrier Diesel Technology & Welding Center opened in early 2020 and serves as home to ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp’s Diesel Technology-Truck, Diesel-Ag Equipment Service Tech and welding programs. The Milford Campus is home to approximately 900 students who are enrolled in more than 20 Programs of Study.

ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp's downtown Lincoln location, called Education Square, is home to a large Academic Transfer program, along with the Criminal Justice and Graphic Design/Media Arts programs. Education Square is a popular center for University of Nebraska-Lincoln students to pick up classes that will transfer back to the university. In the heart of downtown Lincoln, ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp's Education Square location is close to a variety of dining, shopping and cultural events, including historic Haymarket.

ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp's Entrepreneurship Center serves as a resource center for anyone interested in starting a business. In fact, more than 20 businesses are housed in ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp’s Focus Suites. Offered at the center is assistance for anyone interested in starting a business or looking for direction on their path to business independence. The third floor of the center is dedicated to the Focus Suite businesses. The center also holds credit and non-credit classes on entrepreneurship.

The Jack J. Huck Continuing Education Center offers various classrooms and a 75-seat auditorium, perfect for customized training for business and industry. Besides non-credit continuing education courses, the Center has classrooms for Continuing Education health-related programs.

In support of the 2015-2019 Strategic Plan, ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp expanded programming and continuing education opportunities by establishing learning centers across the 15-county service area. The Learning Centers are geographically distributed across the service area to maximize the number of individuals living within a 35-mile radius from each of the center. Learning Centers are located in Falls City, Hebron, Nebraska City, Plattsmouth, Wahoo, and York. They offer a variety of credit and non-credit courses, from workforce development to leisure learning.
